SuperNZB’s Debug-Mode feature located at:
Setup Menu > Settings > Advanced
When this option is turned on, SuperNZB will create a text file in the SuperNZB folder named:
SuperNZB-Debug.txt
The file will contain a log of everything the program did. You can send us this file when you have trouble with the program. If it is very large, just send us the first and last couple dozen lines. The program does not need this file, so you can throw it away after you turn the option off.
The debug.txt file is created in the same folder as the SuperNZB program on the Mac, and on Windows in versions prior to SuperNZB 3.0. In version 3.0 and newer, the file is created in the “App Data” folder on Windows which you can open via the command on the Help menu.
