Yes, it will change when you log off from your ISP, and then log back on. Usually. If your account was set up with a “static IP” then your ISP will give you the same IP address every time you log on. They usually charge extra for a static IP, so if you don’t recall asking for it, then you probably don’t have it.
Your ISP has a large pool of IP addresses that they assign to customers as they log on. When you log off, your previous IP goes back into the pool of available addresses. So, when you log back on, it is possible to get the same IP again.
